For your information:

If your internet connection is slow, loading the forms can
take several seconds. As an alternative you may use form 6.

To
make ordering as easy as for you as possible, the forms 1 to 5 are
fully dynamic. This means that depending on the reference number or the
name of the product all the fields which you have to fill in are marked
and named. To use these forms, you must
have Microsoft
Internet Explorer and turn on scripting.
If you are not using Internet Explorer,
you should use form 6.

You should fill in the fields "company", "person to turn
to", "phone (for inquiries)" and "email" completely. That will make the
processing of your purchase order easier.

To submit your order either click the button "Submit" or use
the Return-key.

After you have submitted your order, a webpage will confirm
the details of your order. We recommend printing this page for your
records.

You will get a confirmation of your order as soon as
possible by email or fax. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

If you are a new customer, we may insist on payment in
advance. After receipt of payment we will deliver immediately.
